This Integrated Management System portal developed for Chief Inspectorate of Factories, Assam. This is an integrated IT solution to enhance service delivery capability through e-governance process, ensuring operational efficiency and transparency among different stakeholders hence creating a centralized decision making system.

The main focus is to create a user friendly digital platform for managing different features of the factory related operations through IT enabled services. The proposed solution will have the modules like a) Factory Information System b) Inspection Monitoring c) Complaint Monitoring d) Accident Monitoring e) Occupational Health Monitoring, e) Industrial Hygiene Monitoring f) Training Monitoring g) Job Application Receipt module, h) Court Case Monitoring i) Employee Information System , j) Utility Information System m. MIS Reports n) Technical Administration Module

Each Departmental officials can use this portal by using their department login credentials. Along with this portal a mobile app is also developed for the Factory Inspectors where they, during inspection, can fill up all information regarding factories like Infrastructure, Working environment details, Health aspects of factory workers, hazardous status of factories etc. Once all these information are entered in mobile app, they are automatically synched to the Portal. All Inspection Reports are automatically accessible to Chief Inspectorate management.

The MIS dashboard can be used which will allow the stakeholders of the system to view different information’s/reports as per their role access rights, thereby helping them to take critical decisions for the office.
